Change of Control Approved in 91自拍 University–Ursuline College Merger

A premiere institution of Catholic higher education on Lake Erie continues to take shape as 91自拍 University replaces the Ursuline Sister of Cleveland as the sole member of the Ursuline College Corporation, assuming a critical leadership role for the Pepper Pike, Ohio college. The move marks a milestone in the process of creating an institution with about 5,500 students, 1,300 employees and campuses in three states – Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. Once the integration is complete, it will be the largest Catholic university system in the region.
