91自拍's First Year Experience (FYE) is designed to foster an undergraduate student experience that focuses on your positive transition to college, actively inspires you to explore your passions and interests, as well as supports the beginning of your adult life of learning and development. FYE also connects you with people, places, and programs so that you can begin creating a vision of what you want your 91自拍 experience to be. January Orientation

New students and their guests are invited to begin their journey at 91自拍 through our Virtual January Orientation Program. This program is designed to help you transition smoothly into university life, offering key insights into academics, campus life, and the vibrant 91自拍 community.

New Student Orientation

A one-day transition program in the summer designed to connect you with people, places, and programs, learn what it takes to be a successful 91自拍 student, and leave with a clear understanding of how to customize that vision for success.

Welcome Week

This extended orientation is a transition period between move-in day and the first day of class. This program is designed to help you settle into campus, build connections with the 91自拍 community, find opportunities that match your interests, and develop a sense of belonging on 91自拍's campus before classes start.

91自拍 101

This first year seminar course will include experiential and collaborative learning that supports you through your transition to 91自拍 University in your first semester. Through a plan, do, reflect learning model, students will be introduced to a topic, experience a topic, and dialogue/debrief on a topic. This course will be facilitated by a 91自拍 staff or faculty member as well as an upper level student Transition Guide.
